mkschmitty
Hello, I am new to Houdini. We are currently using version 11. Forgive me if this issue has come up many times before. But I cannot figure out a solution. I am projecting a texture with alpha from a camera pointing to the inside of a sphere and would only like that texture to show up where the field of view intersects the sphere. But, the texture also bleeds onto the geometry behind the camera. I cannot figure out how to crop away these pixels. I have used UVTexture/Perspective From Camera and Decal shader to do this. Ultimately, I would like to project multiple textures this way from mulitple cameras inside of the sphere and composite them together in the shader. But if the pixels of each image bleed behind the camera, this will not work. Please see the attached screen grab and houdini 11 script. Any ideas? Thank you for your help in advance.
