jrockstad
Hi guys, hopefully I have an easy one for you today. I'm following along with this tutorial on the SideFX website, and immediately I'm noticing that the simulation doesn't seem to be visualizing accurately in my viewport. For me the smoke appears very fluffy and cloud-like and lacks that complex shadowing and sense of having a very thick density which you see in the video, even with the addition of lights. I am using Houdini 12.5, and noticed that the tutorial was created with 12. Also, loading up the provided project file, everything looks normal, so my assumption is that it's just some kind of quirk in the default behavior of the current version. Any ideas where to start looking? Thanks!
Guest tar
yup you are right. go into the AutoDopNetwork, pyro node, find the Multi tab and adjust the Density and Shadow Scale.
