He literally plasticises people then mounts them for public and private display. I went to see one of his shows in London a year ago. The most striking exhibit was a woman who had donated herself and her favourite horse to be plasticised. Mounted together forever. One of her motivations was that the process removes the skin and the underlying fat. She would look very muscular and in shape after the process. In real life, she was a bit overweight and not so attractive. People actually are lining up to have themselves immortalized by him.
