nchamberlain13 Posted April 29, 2017 Share Posted April 29, 2017 Hi all, I'm having issues getting bump maps to work with the latest version of HtoA that has Arnold 5 in it. Hasenjager Posted May 1, 2017 Share Posted May 1, 2017 Hey Nick, With the new Arnold 5, the bump node outputs a normal vector that you can pipe into the Standard Surface normal parameters, instead of the out_material. These parameters are found under the geometry section of the shader, or if you are using the coat and only want your bump to effect the coat layer, you can pipe it into the normal parameter there.
