Mentalray Ray3rc

hi guys it would be great if any one could help me setting up mentalray for houdini and ray3rc file setup

i tried followinf wiki mentalray setup but it dint work out

my mental ray standalone is in

C:\Program Files\Alias\mentalray3.4

C:\Program Files\Alias\mentalray3.4\bin

C:\Program Files\Alias\mentalray3.4\lib

C:\Program Files\Alias\mentalray3.4\include

and rayrc file in mentalray root folder with
