subframe cache workflow for motion blur on non-constant topology

Hello all,

I'm trying to get Motion blur from a flip fluid sim that I Export from houdini and I Import in Cinema 4d.

After researching I came to the conclusion that I could probably achieve that with the subframe cache workflow.

Can someone please clarify this workflow to me ?
