StepbyStepVFX Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 Attribute transfer ... transfers an attribute between two geometries (2 input nodes), based on distance and other paraleters, while Attrib promote just promotes an attribute from one level to the other level of the SAME geometry (1 input), that is to say from points to upper level primitive (composed of those points :by average the values of th points or other method to be specified), or on the other direction from detail to primitive or points and so on...
