RBDKEYACTIVE does not inherit velocity

Hi,

I am using Houdini 16, and I am trying to mix in a key framed animation object into an active object simulation.  For some reason when the object is active from the key framed animation it just stops moving and gravity takes over and stops on the collision static object.  I have seen the rbdkeyactive work in Houdini 12, is there something changed on the later version or does anyone knows the work around for it?
