I have a floating piece of geo that I want to pick up the weights from the body geo of a weighted character. Found this on the sidefx forum: https://www.sidefx.com/forum/topic/44314/ However, the deform node is outdated...I think? I'm new to rigging in Houdini. Hooking up the attribute transfer node is fine but as soon as I use the "bone deform" node after the attribute transfer node the geo blows off into space. I'm guessing I'm not using the right node?
