jaypeg
Should I not be using FLIP solvers with volume collisions on high velocity geo? https://www.sidefx.com/docs/houdini/nodes/dop/flipsolver.html These two lines from sidefx seem to indicate you can never really get good sticking results ? If using Volume Source based collisions, you must use the Move Outside Collision method for particle collisions, because the Particle method only works when a collision is represented by an actual DOP object. Move Outside Collision is the fastest collision handling method and provides the smoothest splashes, however it is not as accurate with fast-moving collision geometry. It is also the only collision method that works with Volume Source based collisions. How does the community stick FLIP fluids to high velocity geo collisions or is this something that Houdini can't really do without getting into VEX programming?
