Can't create a FLIP Configure Tank

Hi all, I followed an online tutorial using the FLIP Configure Tank, and all went well. But when I tried to recreate it from scratch suddenly I get error messages. Is there a way to revert to the default settings for this node? When I tried copy pasting the same node from my previous completed file, it works. But when I call the same node form scratch I can't. Any advice would be appreciated.
