Netvudu
Hi. I got some shapes that are quite subdivided and wanted to erase all unnecessary density for the mesh, so I was wondering what
sibarrick
There's a "remove shared edges" option in the divide sop, is that what you are after?
aracid
have u thought about determining the curvature of the mesh and grouping the points based off a threshold of what is planar (or almost planar) and what isn't (where ur detail is), and then reducing based of that group ? Netvudu
Ok, the "Remove Shared Edges" option did the trick quite nicely. I understand aracid hint would be interesting for complex volumes (though with my almost homo erectus brain have no idea on how to do what he suggested) but luckily for me it just window-like shapes so it
