How to know the actual number of substeps the flip solver has used in a finished simulation?

Recommended Posts

Is this the actual number of substeps being used or just the maximum? I have entered min 1 max 5, I really need to know where to find the # of substeps actually used. I want to calculate myself the substeps required and force the solver to use it, not let the solver calculate based on CFL condition and decide for me, no.

But first I need to know where can I find the actual substep being used?

What is this in the spreadsheet?Screenshotfrom2026-04-2121-10-05.thumb.png.52fe0987ea439eb506c3d82d6dabab04.png
