Alexander Weide
I wanna create a snow effect mask like the snow texture in maya. i got a icecube, and a wanna make a bit of snow on all faces wich got a normal direction to the sky....maybe with an option to scale the degree radius for the normals.... my first try was to create a global node inside vex and then i controlt all colors down to 0 without the up value green. it works perfect, but when i move the camera it changes.... i know this effect but i dont know how can i bake this fucking colors to texture file... i got a large displacement map on that icecube....and i want the snow on all face with direction to the sky including the displacement normals.... i put the file onto that post.... ice_blocktest.hip
Alexander Weide
i got a new approach....i bake the hires zbrush model...with the normal shader, that possible....the only problem i got is that the hires uv map is not equal to the lowres uv map....i hope i can handle it......i will test it
