Soo I just came thru interesting picture, maybe it will inspire you what to do with those two characters . Cheers BTW. On the picture you can see some Australian spider, don't know it's name. They make large webs and sometimes gather together and have huge webs between trees with 30 spiders living in them, the good news is you dont walk into that spider web by acadent. the web is very strong and quite thick.
