RuschFX
I am creating clouds with i3ds. After I bake out the i3ds, I bring them back into houdini through an isosurface sop and apply a billowy smoke material to them and I'm rendering with raytrace shadows from a spot light. They look good but I need my shadows to be a blue tint. Does anybody know how to manually change the color of raytrace shadows and/or render i3ds out in passes (I need the cloud's self shadows as a different pass, not the ones they cast) If I put a shadow matte material on my cloud surface I lose the nice cloudy shape created by the billowy smoke material... ......If anybody can help it'd be appreciated!!
