sanlin Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 Hi everyone im a newbie in houdini and i wonder how to create landmine or road destruction fx like the one in Miguel Perez's website? i have homework to do with some ground cracking, as a heavy thing falling into the ground, and the ground cracks.. i used magnet to make the ground dented, but instead of dented ground ( i used multisolver, combined rbd solver and sop solver, this i saw from Nicolas'), i also need cracked concrete too. when i put crack ground which i did as Peter Claes' way, the whole simulation went wrong. how is it actually to create those "holes" with some asphalt on top of it? i attached a rendered video here as well. thank you for any help dustndebris.mov Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
