blackchicken
Hello I have little problem with I3D. I use it first time instead of sprites, just for learn. It is missile trail from my little project. I choose the simplest way. Particles, copy metaballs, render meta as wolume and then fix belowy smoke. So On the video you can see my flickering problem, Shadows should be good, It is simple take, own light depp 3*3 samples. But I thing problem is with metaballs. They must have small radius, and mesh change over simulation almost every frame. What is a workflow with rendering particles and meta, some rest positions or.....Convert meta and then use ISO offset? I search some topic about I3D, but nothing about basic stable setups with different techniques. Thanks a lot....BC.... raiders.mov
