greenViolet
Hi, I'm very new in Houdini and I really need help Please view the hip file I attached to see my file. I created a bunch of sphere moving together in a waveform fashion (animated from CHOP) I created the spheres by copying one sphere to a line (with 10 points), now my question is, is there anyway I could assign specific color to each of the copied sphere? right now I'm using color node and stamp them to randomize the color but this is not what i want, i want each sphere to have specific color of my choice(e.g: red, yellow, green) Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks! wavePart_LeftStart_01(ChangeColor).hipnc
sam.h
Use the paint node to colour the points on the line. Then on the copy node tick on 'use template point attributes'. You can replace the * with Cd if you don't want the spheres to inherit any other attributes.
