Div
Hi, I'm using the fur asset and I'm looking for a way to modulate the clumps' distribution using points attributes. You can easily choose where you wants clumps and where you don't want them, but you can't modulate their generation (distribution) using attributes like with a scatter sop, because the clumps guides are generated uniformely and i can't find a way to change that.... Thanks a lot.
edward
It seems to work for me when I use the Paint Fur Density shelf tool?
Div
Of course, where was my brain... Thanks Edward for giving me the good direction. I wanted to get differents clumps' sizes, and adding a paint sop with color overriden to furdensity just before the clump's Fur sop allowed me to paint the clumps' density, resulting by differents clumps' sizes... Thanks again. Edited December 17, 2009 by Div
tmdag
I don't understand, why overriding furdensity attribute just before FUR SOP (for clumping) affects overall density of fur ... .. and even if You set furclumping attribute to 0, it slightly changes position of original fur (but I'll double check cvex on this) Edited February 17, 2010 by tmdag
