beeemtee
Hi, I'm starting a new project on my own and I decided to buy my own set of 'on set' equipment, since I don't want to depend on the studio where I work otherwise. My primary question is, where can (and should) I order high quality reflection and white balls for environment and light capturing? I live in Hungary, Europe, but I have friends in L.A. and N.Y. so oversees delivery is not a strict requirement, but would make my life easier on this. Thanks! bmt

beeemtee
Thanks! This seems to be a fantastic source since they seem to make extremely precise balls. May I ask which material you use for reflection and which for white ball photography? I would also like to ask which size you suggest to use for generic work (rooms, streets)? bmt
Ezz
Hi! Check these out: http://www.gazingballoutlet.com/16-Inch-Silver-Stainless-Steel-Gazing-Ball/cid30skuGB-16-SS When I have the finance Ill buy myself a fisheyelens and a fullframe digital camera. But the cost of that is pretty steep. Erik
beeemtee
Thanks! In the description they say "The mystic globe is silver with a special coating that makes it look multicolored." . I don't know what that exactly means, but for me it seems that that coating can make this ball less than ideal for reflection photography. Or is that just a marketing blurb? bmt
