tileable projection texture for spot light

Hello

Is there some posibility how to use tileable sequence in slot for projection texture in spotlight? Say I have 512pix tex animation (caustic) and want it tile 7 * 7, in maya no problem, add file with default transformation node where I could tile texture as I need (connect in enywhere anytime to anything) ,not like in houdini, repeat texture in vex/vop? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr (or I ). COPS? but cop is like texture, so I must specify resolution. But ok, why not. So my question is.

1, is possible tile animatible texture in slot for spot light?(still 512 texture but tiled)

2, if not, how I could do this in cops? Say create 2048pix base colour and some procedural COP tools where I could specify how much repetitions i need, so my 512 texture will be scalet by increment of number of repetitions.

I dont know if is this possible but I use COPs only for very very basic things so far. So sorry if it is very stupid question.

Another thing, please how I could repeat frames say after 99 frame of animation jump to frame 1 and so on.
