Macha
Does anybody know of a way to automatically resize a fluid/smoke box so that it always fits/encloses the simulation? I tried to construct one by using the sim output and use that to drive a resize, but it's not working (unless I pre-simulate a low-res version and use that to create my bounding box, and then re-sim with that.) mightcouldb1
You have to use a SOP solver. There are some examples on this page: http://forums.odforce.net/index.php?/topic/7485-gas-resize-fluid-and-vorticle/page__hl__gasresizefluid__fromsearch__1
Macha
Yes, sopsolver! I've really got to get a grip on that DOP stuff. Thanks, it works well now.

It's the file on the bottom of the page of the link mightibulb posted. It works almost as-is except you have to correct for your own specific node names.
