fbx animation export from houdini with changing point counts randomly

hi,

we have fbx animation export from houdini(maya compatible) with changing point counts randomly failing.

The dialogue closes, no errors just exports geometry but no animation.

Exporting to obj and reimporting helps but its still strange.

We triangulated and made sure normals and topology are ok.

Any experience what is causing this anyone?
