fayeez200
Hi I have an animation scequence that I need to fracture. I have imported the .bgeo sequence, but when I try to add an RBD obj/ fracture etc to it, it gives me the following error : 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'primAttribs' I do not get this error when I was testing it out on the primitive objects. I'm new to houdini so maybe there is something that I am missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Fayeez
Macha
If you have a sequence of bgeos then I don't think there is an easy way to fracture it because at every frame your geometry is different. Perhaps that is the source of your error. Appending a timeblend sop does alleviate some problems but not in this case I think. Is there anything apart from simple geometry in your file? Volumes for example? Edited December 24, 2010 by Macha
fayeez200
Hi thanks for replying. There is just geometry and nothing more right now. I get the error when I load in multiple frames of the .bgeo but when I load in single frames, it seems to work fine. So maybe I am missing something when trying to fracture animated geometry?
