Stromberg
Hy there, i am quite new to houdini and as most users in the beginning i find it a bit hard to learn, compared to other apps. But what the hell, you dont get any better without trying to learn it My first project is intergrating some cg elements into a live action footage, since that is not my strongest part, i have mostly dealt with modeling, texturing and rendering before. Here is one of the models for the scene, with handpainted textures. Still the diffuse only going to make spec and bump maps soon. I know how to get ridd of the noise, i just set the settings low for faster rendering atm. But what i do wonder, is how would you go about making reflections blurred? Since i want the reflection on the wheels to be blurred. I know it's not realy interesting atm, but i hope that will change soon
roughsporty
Since i want the reflection on the wheels to be blurred. Looks good so far. Try to increase the reflection angle in the mantra surface shader.
