emitting flip fluids

Hi,

I was hoping someone could give me some advice on emitting flip fluids using the "particle fluid object".

I've got a whole bunch of objects that I want to emit from at times.

How would I hook things up so objects only emit when they are red for example?

I'm guess it has something to do with the "input type" being set to fetch data, but can figure it out.
