blur959
Hi all, I am trying to create a secondary fracture. I did all the pre-fracture work inside a foreach node. And further inside a foreach node, I created a point for each secondary pre-fractured piece. Then I used a point node to make the point position move over time. But I encountered a problem when I used a copy sop to copy the geometry onto the points. The geometry piece somehow moves away from the original geometry. And when I plugged the foreach node together with the original geometry node, the geometry pieces somehow "spawn" in mid air. Could someone tell me how to solve it? Thanks. I added a screenshot to further describe what I am trying to say. Thanks. point_problem_test_v004.hipnc
ben
Just gave it a quick look but but it seems something is happening here : obj/box_object1/foreach4/foreach1/point1 You multiply position of your fragments by time which seems to give you this unexpected offset. But maybe I'm missing something ...
