smaugthewyrm
here are my results from this lesson set. after all the bugs were squashed i added a point attribute of 'width' to control the lightnings render thickness. also, since the resample would blend the velocity between point 0 and 1, i thought it might also do the same with color (Cd) . so i used a point color sop in the drone to make it white, added another attrib copy under getdrone and fed that in to the destination point. then i added a point color just below the source point. so the bolt color matches the drone color and gradients out to a blue impact point. video 1MB http://www.m00ndeer.net/pub/sidefx/lightning.mp4 Edited May 26, 2012 by smaugthewyrm
