aghourab
Hello, I was wondering if, when converting particles to an SDF in a solver it was possible to select particles in a specific group. Say your in the FLIP solver, and on the outside you have a constant particle fluid emitted, but you wanted to generate an SDF only from particles that have just been birthed? Cheers! bhaveshpandey
I did something similar but based on some other attributes. It should be doable with a multi-solver and SOP solver which is tracking the changes in your particle geometry and using this, creating a new geometry data which is then used to create SDFs from particles (you could feed in the geometry data created by SOP solver in the particle field of the Particle to SDF dop). hope this helps. cheers.
