David Gary
Is there a way to display point/primitive attributes in the viewport? For point attribute, i feed the uv attribute with the attribute i want to display ( in a VOPnet) and i just click on Display texture coordinates in the viewport. but how about the Primitive attributes for example? any help appreciated

AndrewVK
Suppose You have vector attribute: MyVect Temporarry add "point" sop switch to "Add Texture" and replace $MAPU with $MYVECTX $MAPV with $MYVECTY $MAPW with $MYVECTZ
David Gary
Thank you but that's what i've just done (please re-read the first post). So i was doing the right thing. But what about displaying Primitive attributes? ( and detail/vertex attributes)
AndrewVK
Oops...sorry... Stupid solution, but it works... You can convert primitive attribute to point attribute with help of "Attribute Promote" SOP ("First Match" mode)
David Gary
yes indeed . i thought of this solution too, but it displays too much items on screen. i was wondering if there was a built-in function/display option for that but it seems that there isn't. thk u anyway!
