peter has used water here in his lesson, but you would be instancing fish instead.

see that he transforms from shape 'a' to shape 'b'... that would be your chaos school to a face shape.

But this just transformation of particle if we instance object to this particle ,this will not give aim direction to attracted object

The aim direction is often the last good velocity vector. You might want to limit the turn ratio. So your points are only allowed to turn a certain amount -> Can your fish turn 360 degrees in a second? -> 360/24 => turn limit per frame. This is desireable as your fish will make "mistakes" by overshooting as they can not get to the optimal velocity if that velocity change is too extreme.
