do you need to actually use the keys or do you just want the geometry animating without the sim?

well i need keys on debris .. infact i want to export it to maya ...but i need keyframes on each debri ..

currently i have exported it but every time it(houdini)exports vertex cache(vertex cache maya compatable) ...and it(Maya)imports all debris as one combined poly object with cache node attached.

i tried to bake animation even by separating that objects in to independant pieces but it folows its history and i tried to bake it in to key frames..it does put key frames on all objects but as i detach the cache node from these pieces ....animation doesn't work ..

i even tried to blendshape on copied object but it still doesn't work ..as transform of object dosent move but all vertices does ..

as far as i figured it out it follows the vertices/shape not transform...

and i need key frames on transform/object...

anyway ..i still want to solve it in houdini...that whole Maya story is just to clear the point that i need key frames on object level/transform level ...

i hope my question is clear now..
