My Houdini Questions :)

Dear Boardmembers,

thanks in advance for looking at my questions.

now lets get to my question:

say you have an l system.

you let it create a curve like this

F+(22.5)F+(22.5)F+(22.5)F+(22.5)F

it will have for example a primitive normal into the direction of +X

then you let it alternate between 2 variants, so we include this one ( which is the inverted one )

+F-(22.5)F-(22.5)F-(22.5)F-(22.5)F

this will create what we want, however it will let the normal point the other way! How to prevent this?

How to do a reverse inside an L-system
without downgrading to multiple l-systems and switches?

another question that may solve my problem:

How to always let an object you created by for example extrusion, let its normals point outwards?

thanks in advance!:)
