modelling question

Hello world

Recommended Posts

I am a beginner in cg.In a model, the normals has to be facing outwards or inwards in a model.

Hi, the normals should usually be facing the direction you wish to look at it. If you want to look at a model from the inside, your normals should be facing in. For example a giant sphere with the normals facing inwards can be used to make a sky background in your scene. A character which is usually seen from the outside, should have it's normal facing outwards.
