attribute transfer not working correctly

hello guys, i'm having a problem with the attribute transfer in H11

on some parts of the area the colour is not being transferred to the surface properly,

however I cannot figure out why, as it normally works fine.

help is greatly appreciated.

Can you post a scene?

i'm afraid I cannot, maybe later... but it is part of my graduation project, which is a pretty huge file...

i might be able to get it seperated into a loose file later.

but has anyone got any clues about this issue, it seems to be a bug in the attribtransfer node

( the wireframe is coloured for example, but not te actual points) sorry that I cannot post it,

i would still appreciate any help though :/

edit- it seems to be related to the normals interestingly enough,

I thought the attrib transfer ignored normals apparantly I was mistaken...

forcing them to a value of 0,1,0 fixed my issue, atleast for now.

These are not 2 seperate things. sounds like your normals are wonky and causing weird shading when your viewport is in shaded mode.

Does it still look like that if you use the facet node to recompute the normals?
