jazioblaq
Sorry for the double post. I do not know how to delete this one. HI. I recently followed the Peter Quint tutorials on fluid color mixing. I've set everything up and do get my individual colors. However, they are not mixing. I do not know what I'm doing wrong. I have included the file. Thanks in advance for the help! mixcolor.hipnc Edited May 26, 2012 by jazioblaq

In the SOPSolver you have left the display flag on the attribute transfer node, instead of the VOPSop. This means the VOPSop is never evaluated, and so curcolor never updated. Erik_JE
There is also a good example file included in the help for the FlipSolver. FlipColorMix Load | Launch .../examples/nodes/dop/flipsolver/FlipColorMix.otl This example demonstrates the use of the Flip Solver to mix the colors of a red fluid with a blue fluid to form a purple fluid. Should I be mindful of my scale in terms of environment to fluid ratio? Im not sure how big is too much for fluid or how small is too small. I've just been eyeing it
