Collide only after a few frames - DOPs

Having a bit of trouble getting a sim to behave itself and need flip particles to collide with a static object only after a few frames.

I'm having a bit of a brain fart day today and can't get it to work.

Was trying to get a collide relationship setup to only work on points that are not in the "justborn" group which is created in the particleFluidEmitter...

Has anyone got an example scene I can have a quick gander at?
