~nature~
Hi guys, Is there a way to vary the specular angle by procedural noise or texture across the surface, I am trying to modify it inside mantra surface shader without any success, it seems that houdini ignores the effect. Cheers, best regards Edited October 5, 2012 by ~nature~

~nature~
Did you adjust the normal going into the lighting Model? Nope, I only adjusted the specular normal and multiplied the parameter by some procedural noise, but it doesn't work, Do I have to adjust the normal as well? kgoossens
Attached an example. In fact you can choose between several options. bump.hipnc
~nature~
Thanks Kim, Probably it's a bug, I don't know, because it works well when introduce a new surface model inside the shader rather than modify the shipped one.
