David Gary
I finally know ( by asking odforce people) a little bit on how op: , opdef: ,oplib: work, but is there some general help about these "functions" ( they are not expressions nor hscript commands) in the houdini documentation. I didn't find it!
Dries
Other than the help buttons I don't think there is documentation. Why don't you post up what you found out on the wiki page? I for one would like to know more... Cheers. DRie.s
David Gary
The only thing i know is that: 1) op:path of the operator can be used to refer to a COP instead of refering to an image file when you create a VOP/SHOP with a texture. Has it other uses? to refer to geometry? other files ? 2) opdef is used in OTL to refer to any embedded file, there is some help in the OTL creation menu. 2) oplib: ? i don't know. eeh, i haven't sent any page to odwiki yet!
