mikeo Posted November 8, 2012 Share Posted November 8, 2012 When i try to access dop object particle Data from within a popsolver i just get zeros. I have tried using both $DENSITY and hou.lvar('DENSITY') with same result. Do i need to explicitly import dop object data into the sop solver? Currently i am just importing the points with a NULL called 'source1'. Which matches the new particle generator in the New Particles tab. I was trying to read 'density' using the local variable mapping(which does not exist) so using the expression function 'poppoint' works. Rookie error.
