Dusmus
Hey guys, I'm trying to bring a volume cloud shader inside a VOP material. I don't know if that's even possible but is there some kind of equivalent in VOP or do I have to build it from scratch ? The point is since the delayed load procedural shader only works at obj level, I was thinking of wrapping everything inside a material shader builder (the VOP thing). I had originally a subnet containing a property shader and a volume cloud (for foam rendering). But by appending a delayed load in the subnet it doesn't work anymore. If anyone has an idea that would be cool Many thanks, Steve
old school
You can put any Procedural VOP inside any SHOP material so you can actually apply procedurals to whatever primitives inside the object are assigned that material. Same goes for most render properties such as Shading Quality and Shading Quality Multiplier properties.
Dusmus
Hmm I don't think I get it sorry, I can plug a delayed load inside the vop material but what about the volume cloud ? Thanks
