Hudson
Hi, I wonder if it is possible to maintain the offset of the cloth points when using a clothconstrainattachDOP? In other words, if the constrained points in the cloth object have a certain distance from the attached object. Is it possible to keep that distance as a goal for the constrains? Thank you! old school
There is an existing RFE for this. As a work-around, you can adjust the thickness of your cloth collider object to reduce the snap for now. You can add the thickness point attribute and manipulate the collider thickness that way too.
Hudson
Thank you old school! The thickness point attribute will work just fine since I have different offset ranges for different points. this might be a dumb question but what does RFE stands for? I am kind of a newbie cheers
old school
RFE = Request For Enhancement In our internal Issues Database, there are Bugs, RFE's and Questions. RFE submissions are used to prioritize new functionality added to Houdini.
