advect rbd object with smoke

Can anyone help me with getting this supposedly simple setup to work?

I want to have a fracturing object (building) being advected (or just simply affected) by the velocity field of a smoke sim.

I have attached a simple scene showing what I am trying to do based on another example scene I found in this post:

The pieces don't seem to be moving at all even though the force vectors on the field force node show up.

Any ideas?

And if anyone has any other ideas for forces to use to blow the bottom of a building outwards, then shout out!

What an idiot... sorry about that. I wasn't expecting to have to use such high numbers.

Any better suggestions for forces to explode the bottom of the building out?

Maybe some sort of sop solver method? Not quite sure how that would work...
