image position in uv based on points position

Hey all,

 

I will try to explain what I'm trying to do and hope that some one can point me the right direction.

 

I want to make paint splashes on a wall at shop level based on particles position when they hit it.

 

I have already something working at Sop level with splash geometry wrapping around the colliding object when they hit, but it's really heavy and I was wondering if I could do this with texture instead.

 

Any idea, examples, tutorials?
