subdivided text?

I want to add some subdivisions or resolutions to the 3D text, not beveling . Right now I am only using a font node then use a extrude node to make it 3D. The level of details inside of the font node itself doesn't really do anything. Poly extrude only gives subdivisons on the side, or extruded sides.

Because I am trying to do something with the text geometry, I would like to add some details like subdividing it kinda like you have with subdividing a normal sphere or box. Please advise me, thank you for the help.

Hi Kenny

You can try and use a Node

Polygon . Divide

Turn Bricker Polygons (CHECKED_ON) Then tweak the Size to a really small value.

I suppose If this is what you are after ?

cheers

Just forgot to mention something else

Unchecked Convex Polygons .

This way you will get rid of the lines that make the geo irregular.

A good fix example should always have some image to back it up.

and maybe the hip also.

cheers

Yes, I kinda figured how to get rid of the lines myself. It was just not as straight forward because I woulda thought subdivide node would do the trick, because you know literally it should. But it just crashed me a lot when I tried to mass around with the subdivide node.  Anyways I got it working, THANK YOU AGAIN, MIKE.
