Rudinie
I've done a little bit of r&d on the movement of ants and wanted to make a digital asset based on a particle sim to have something reusable for other objects/projects. Here is the result so far. It's not perfect but i think it could hold up in a real scene. https://vimeo.com/111612886 Curious to hear what you think. Guest tar
i'd like to see it next to real ants edit: could be a good test to see how well the new free Fusion works with Mantra renders! Film some phone footage of ants in the kitchen and comp some in. Edited November 12, 2014 by tar
Rudinie
Film some phone footage of ants in the kitchen and comp some in. Fortunatelly i do not have any real ants in my kitchen (just yet) and to be honest i do not intend to invite them neither.
Guest tar
Some local ants, on a step, eating honey tracked and meshed awaiting your particles' pleasure! https://www.dropbox.com/s/1o2hc4o70qil0gd/AntsArchive.zip?dl=
