vitek
Hi guys, Do you know any simple way how to transfer point attributes onto particles within POP net? There is an AttribTransfer node in old POP net, however I can't find anything like that in new POP net. I've found there is the node which can transfer just volume attributes but I don't want to convert my mesh to volume. Any ideas? Thanks, V. vitek
Hi Rio, thanks for your answer. I'm trying to do something like attribtransfer in the end of this tutorial, so I don't really have a file - I'm rather interested if there is still simple way of transfering the attributes from points to points this way I'm fairly new to this stuff, so any advice would be greatly appreciated! https://www.sidefx.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2186&Itemid=361 Many thanks! pbarua
You can use "popwrangle" with point() VEXpression function for that. Or sopsolver > dive inside > objectmerge geometry to transfer attribute from > attribtransfer Play with "Distance Threshold".

Will in the sop solver U can use object merge to get the attributes' object . and use the attributetransfor node to transfor the attribute to the partilecs . cheers
