buffer
Hi, I am trying to draw a leg simultaneousy in the front and right view. When snap to grid is off, I start drawing the bones as follows: Front view: pelvis and then i move my mouse to the right view Right view: i draw the femur, knee etc. everything works fine but when snap to grid is on and i switch to right view, the bones get snapped to the y axis in the front view instead of just snapping to the grid in the right view. Then i tried to follow the first approach and later tried to snap to the grid. But when i do so, either the same behavious of snapping to the y construction plane in the front view occurs or the joints gets snapped to wierd points "in between" the grid points. I am using the latest houdini apprentice edition v7 Thanks.
edward
That's because the grid in the right view is actually positioned at origin. Try turning off depth snap in the snap options.
