Saber
Hello Guys, here is some of the work i have been doing with houdini and arnold.this is rendered using the latest arnold which comes with a big speed improvement for rendering volumes.rendertime averages between 2 to 8 min per frame for the different tests. The slowest render (gi on for geometry) is the street explosion and it took 15 min at 1280*720 with 35 lights including spotlight, arealight, distant and environement lighting using HDR. Video:https://vimeo.com/126576359 here is highres version of the video:sjvfx.com/arnold/arnold_houdini_pyro.rar and some highres stills:sjvfx.com/arnold/dust_highres.jpegsjvfx.com/arnold/highres_explosion.jpeg i hope you guys like it.
